Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

Don't use Billboard to send spam, harass anyone, or break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will suspend accounts that do.

2. Rotation rate

Free plans rotate no faster than every 30 seconds. Pro and Premium can rotate every 5 seconds. These limits exist to keep us within Discord's rate limits and to be respectful of channel members.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if not substantially used. Cancel any time from the customer portal.

4. Liability

Billboard is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages or for Discord downtime. Our maximum liability is the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard and the support server.
